Sponsors have no input into what is investigated, how it is reported, or when it publishes, and membership does not influence findings. Members vote on which franchise topics come next. The findings follow the evidence.

What do Clutch Confidential members get?

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. The monthly membership is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. The annual membership is $100 per year, two months free compared with paying monthly.

Does membership include legal advice or case review?

No. Membership does not include personal case review, legal advice, or guaranteed direct access to Rita. Clutch Justice is informational and educational only and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Does membership or sponsorship influence your reporting?

No. Clutch Justice accepts no payment, sponsorship, or consideration in exchange for coverage, and membership does not influence reporting.

Can I support Clutch without a membership?

Yes. You can send a one-time tip of any amount, which covers FOIA requests, filing fees, and research. You can also become a Gumroad affiliate and earn 10% commission by sharing Clutch courses, toolkits, and guides.
